All confirming delegates are registered to attend by default. The “registration” paperwork includes paying the registration fee, selecting workshop preferences, submitting posters, and so on.

Catered meals included

A delicious variety of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and mid-day coffee and snacks will be provided to delegates at no additional cost (delegate registration fees cover the costs of meeting rooms and meals). Catering is provided by the Hyatt Fair Lakes and George Mason University. Many snack and meal options are also available on campus and at or around the Hyatt.

Travel & Lodging extra

Rooms at the 3-star Hyatt Fair Lakes have been reserved for this event (at competitive rates). Delegates are strongly encouraged to stay here in order to participate in breakfasts and other networking opportunities. Delegates will be bused to and from the Hyatt to the Mason campus free of charge. Lodging costs and arrangements at the Hyatt, as well as additional travel arrangements and costs (such as to/from the airports, or for tours) are the responsibility of delegates.

  1. Delegates who have requested a fee waiver are automatically registered—no further action is necessary.
  2. If you’ve requested a fee reduction (such as two delegates for the price of one) simply select the correct fee.
  3. PayPal accounts are not required to pay via PayPal—credit cards can be processed as “guest.”
