High-level stakeholders from around the world in scholarly communications and research are being invited to participate in OSI2018. To nominate individuals, please click here.
About 150 participants are anticipated at OSI2018. After accepting the invitation to attend, participants are emailed and asked to confirm their participation.
After confirming, participants are officially registered in OSI2018. Additional paperwork to be completed includes paying the registration fee, selecting workshop preferences, submitting posters, and so on.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and mid-day coffee and snacks are provided to participants at no additional cost (registration fees cover the costs of meeting rooms and meals).
Lodging costs and arrangements, as well as additional travel arrangements and costs (such as to/from the airports, or for tours) are the responsibility of delegates. As the conference date draws nearer, we’ll set up a room block at a nearby hotel for interested participants. Transportation between this hotel and the conference site will be provided.
