The next step in the registration process isfor invited delegates to confirm their interest (via email) in participating in this conference. Of the 150 invited delegates, 150 have confirmed. About 50 more delegates will be included.

All confirming delegates are registered to attend by default. The “registration” paperwork includes paying the registration fee, selecting workshop preferences, submitting posters, and so on.

Catered meals included

A delicious variety of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and mid-day coffee and snacks will be provided to delegates at no additional cost (delegate registration fees cover the costs of meeting rooms and meals). Catering is provided by the One Washington Circle Hotel and George Washington University. Many snack and meal options are also available on or around campus.

Travel & Lodging extra

Rooms at the One Washington Circle Hotel have been reserved for this event. One Washington is the closest hotel to the George Washington University campus. Lodging costs and arrangements, as well as additional travel arrangements and costs (such as to/from the airports, or for tours) are the responsibility of delegates. Other hotels in the immediate vicinity (within a few blocks of One Washington) and at roughly the same price are the George Washington University Inn , The River Inn, and Avenue Suites. Other reasonably nearby options (if you don’t mind a 5-10 minute walk) include the Lombardy, Watergate, Westin Grand, Club Quarters, and Lincoln Suites

  1. Delegates who have requested a fee waiver are automatically registered—no further action is necessary.
  2. If you’ve requested a fee reduction (such as two delegates for the price of one) simply select the correct fee.
